Write a letter to your landlord complaining about noise in the block of flats which he owns. Include:
Dear Mr. Singh,
I am Aisha, your tenant from flat no. 345 in the Apeksha Apartments colony that you own in the Versova area. I am writing this letter to you after experiencing issues with a neighbour, living in the adjacent flat, which I believe is also your property.
Every alternate night, I am disturbed with consistent, ear-piercing noise coming from this flat. Usually, the noises are either from loud instruments being played or large gatherings of people. I have tried complaining to the neighbour a couple of times but my pleadings seem to be falling on deaf ears.
Since I have to wake up early for work every day, the situation is quite chaotic for me as I am unable to get enough sleep.
As the in-charge of that flat, I request you to kindly talk to your tenant and ask him to behave properly.
Awaiting for your cooperation.
Yours faithfully,
Aisha
Dear Mr Sharifi, I hope you and your family are keeping well. I am writing this letter to inform you of the noise pollution caused by one of the neighbours of block A which is adjacent to block C where I am currently residing. I am Nastaran. A tenant of yours from flat no. 50 in the woodland Apartments that you own in the Azadi street. I face with one of the neighbours of mine who to live in the apartment vicinity to mine, which I beleive also belongs to you. Every night we are disturbed by loud noises coming from that flat. I am a nurse and I have lack of sleep because of loud music played at their parties. This is very difficult for me as I have to wake up early in the morning shifts and these sounds don't allow me to sleep on time. Also, I will not let me concentrate properly on my work. As the person in charge of those flats, I request you to kindly talk to them in regards to this situation. If you can ask them to limit time of the music till 10 pm, it will permit me to rest well and on time. Awating your quick response. Your sincerely, Nastaran
Discuss both views: There are two different views about deciding on thr punishment for each type of crime. A part of society beleives we must fixed punishment for anyone, whereas another part have opposite opinion and they say that it is dependent on some agents like circumstances and motivations. Personally I think that we should notic all factors which are related to crims. The first part of people believes that some agents includ circumstances and motivations must be noticed in the punishment. The main reason for this view is that everyone has different mental features in any kind of situation and in result they might not do thatccrime if they had a different position. As a result, they think it is not fair if these factors are not concerned. Secondly, another side of society believes that we should have an equal rule in facing crimes. The most important reason for this view is that everyone must be equal against law and therr should not be any exceptions for nobody. For example, if crossing the red light in traffic is a crime,so everywhere and by everyone must be recognised as a crime. Overall, I think the laws have to be flexible and the personal position should be concerned and consequently it is more proper. An example for my opinion is a person who has a psychological disorder and might be unable to understand laws properly. In conclusion, while people have different views about punishment for crimes but I strongly recommend we must make laws that are flexible in crisis conditions.
