People should be required to do unpaid work helping people in the community

Nowadays, it is advised that some time unpaid work should be undertaken by all the youth in order to help people in society. While, there are several pros and cons which this essay will discuss that profits outweigh drawbacks for the community. On the one hand, the principal advantage for community is that they can get served better especially in this position that more and more governments do not pay attention to welfare of society. In addition, it is a common problem that people illustrate scant concern about other's affair, so these activities certainly increase insight into the lives of the underprivileged. On top of that it would be better for improve spirit, confidence and ability of communication. On the other hand, working without money leads to provide resentment among themselves or their family. Because, financial situation in every country force individual to work hard. Furthermore, these pupils have short time to complete their homework or revise their lessons. For this reason, it causes them experience constant poor academic performance, also it brings about losing good career prospect. According to studies that have conducted all around the world, if students do not have enough time for studding and handing out with their family, they will not have prosperous life in future. In conclusion, unpaid service to the community has benefits for the community as they could be served better, and has more drawbacks for the people as they may end up losing prosperous life.

Every year, when the summer vacation starts and students pass all the exams, some students plan to do some volunteer jobs in their summer, such as delivering food for retirement and poor people, taking a note for illiterate people and signing some new student in their school. This activity has a lot of disadvantages and benefits for volunteers. On the one side, a student working as a volunteer has a wide variety of problems. Firstly, unless they have worked as volunteers, they don’t have any leisure time to meet their leisure activity such as playing some sports game with their friends and classmates or watching movies, secondly, the people don’t pay some money for their activity around the summer, so, some of them don’t have any motivation to finish their jobs perfectly. However, some other one addict to work as a volunteer around the year. On the other side. The benefits of this trend are a few. The volunteer work not only get any good ideas to use in their life but they also learn a skill very well without paying any money. To conclude. The number of problems and disadvantages of un-paid working is more than benefits, although community and society be must work to decrease the number of harmful effects by it.

On the one hand, doing good deeds gives you the opportunity to meet new people and gives you a deeper insight into what is happening in the world. On the other hand, you learn to focus on the cause of the need instead of the need itself, and you learn to eliminate the causes instead of temporarily solving the need. Also, your work can inspire and motivate those around you to follow you and do good things for the reasons they believe in. When unpaid work is forced, especially among young people, they may become stubborn or run away from work. Therefore, these programs create more problems than they solve. Charities will have more work to do in monitoring these young people. In addition, high school students have a lot of academic pressure, so adding these works to their timetable may not be possible, chiefly with students aiming for high academic results. Therefore, creating this type of program may seem challenging. In conclusion, the life of each one of us is a chain that is connected to each other and if one of the links of this chain is broken, eventually there will be problems that will spread from the individual to the population. Therefore, we should all help each other in order to strengthen and connect this chain as well as possible, in the meantime encourage each other to do good deeds.
