Civic Centre – Map

The two maps of the civic center in the present and its plan depicts the significant changes will be occurred over a period of time. Overall, this city will be transformed into a well-facilitated destination and more attractive place in regards to recreation during this period. Similarly, infrastructure and amenities will have increased, along with the town’s capacity to provide for tourists. The first map shows the present status of the civic center and the second one shows the suggested changes. To begin with, in present, the concert hall stand between the car park at the left and right side, which shopping center is on the south of it. To the south of concert hall is constructed a council office which is located in the middle of exhibition hall to the west and library to the east. Turning now to a new plan, the concert hall that will be remained almost with no change during the period. However, another major changes to the area were the theatre and hotel and restaurants will be relocated the west and the east car park respectively. The council office will be demolished and will be removed to the southwest of the city and will be replaced with the open park and underground car park. Moreover, exhibition will be converted to the opposite of the city, from the southwest to the southeast.

the two maps show the plan to renovate the civic centre. the first map illustrated the existing maps and the second one predicts how much change will happen in the next future. In case of the present time, not Avenue, the car park is on the Northwest corner, and another parking for a car on the right side as well as between both parking is the cinema. Moreover, on the left side is high Street and on the other side is Smith Street is located. In Victoria Avenue, the shopping centre and the library are situated on the North East side near the town hall and council office and the exhibition on the left side. However, in the future North Avenue will be many changes, both the car park will replace by the hotel and restaurant and cafe but, cinema will be in the same place. It is predicted that high Street and Smith Street will remain on the same side. In the Upcoming time, the library will be replaced with an exhibition which will be near to the shopping centre. At the same time, the library will be underground. Town Hall will not change its place, but the carpark will be underground near the town hall. Last but not least, the council office will be returned with the exhibition on the southwest corner. Overall, there are many changes compared to now in the future as well as cafe and hotel and restaurant will be built.
